I should be there Wed, I just want to thank every one for there support and interest in this, as you know this is my home town, we wanted to have a portable dyno brought in, but unless we can get 12 cars to sign up minimum, its not going happen, you have to consider the cost of some one trailering in a dyno and setting it up and then the cost to Jerry, he will be driving from Florida as well.

To answer your question,,,, YES
Please do not schedule to many things Danny boy.
Afterall, we are going to enjoy the OKTOBERFEST.
All events, if scheduled should put us back in town by 2pm. Please no Dinners like last year, plenty of awesome food at the fest.

Plans start Friday morning
Winery tour. This will be a road trip through some beautiful Southern Indiana countryside. Caravan leaves at 10:00 AM with arrival at the winery around 11:00. Lunch at a riverside "bistro" with outside seating(weather permitting).
There will be time to explore the downtown area of one of the oldest cities in Indiana on the Ohio river. Plenty of antique stores, shoppes, and things to see. There is another winery in the downtown area that has free tasting and a local micro-brewery for your hops and barley fix. Back to Seymour and the Oktoberfest for an evening of German food, drink, and BS. :)
Sat.
This is the "big day" for the Oktoberfest. If there is any interest in visting Nashville, Indiana, there will be a group leaving at @ 9:00 for a quick trip North on I-65 to visit the historic area. In the past a number of members have stopped in Nashville and really enjoyed themselves.
http://www.nashville-indiana.com/shops.html
The afternoon on Sat is the parade plus other events http://www.seymouroktoberfest.com/events.htm
As of this moment, no plans have been made for a "group" dinner either Friday or Sat. Put your thoughts on that in this thread.
Due to time constraints and scheduling conflicts with Jerry W. A dyno will NOT be available this year. We will have preferred parking in the same place that we had last year(thanks Dennis) on Friday night and all day Sat.
Pack your swimsuits and bring your dollars as the LCR dice will be there
Any questions? :)

Pack your swimsuits and bring your dollars as the LCR dice will be there

http://www.indianagasprices.com/Columbus/index.aspx Thanks Dan, I just searched that site for Seymour less than 5 minutes ago. I was hoping the prices were comparable to the $2.46/gal for Reg. that I have down the street from me. Filled up last night for $2.66/gal Premium. Hope those prices hold up for at least another week or longer.

If you will be traveling from the North on I-65, DO NOT take I-65 through downtown Indianapolis on Friday. There is an event going on all weekend and traffic will be unbearable. Alternate route would be I-465 West. Returning on Sunday heading home may be a challange as well. The best bet is I-465 W coming and going.
