Midnight drags at CFR in Cedar Rapids, IA

Hey you midwest guys, CFR in Cedar Falls, IA is doing midnight drags on Saturday, September 1st. Gates open at 8:00pm and racing from 9:00am-1:00am.

Anyone interested in going. Some guys on cv.net are talking about coming down from Minnesota.

I have to head up to Ames that day from Des Moines to drop my daughter off with her mom, so I might just head up that way. If John (TooManyFords) isn't busy, might drop in and check out the car and hang out for a little while.

I am not sure I will be able to make it up to CFR now.

Aside from that, Holmes Honda/Hyundai in Des Moines, IA is doing their annual MDA car show on Monday - Labor Day. Should be a good show with the forcasted good weather.
