Silver MM w/ parking ticket, NCSU, Raleigh NC

Coming back from class today, spotted a silver Marauder with the orange envelope under the wiper that can only mean one thing... :mad2:

It was parked on Gardner St. a couple blocks north of NCSU's campus.
Had an employee permit for NCSU. I'm pretty sure I've seen it around campus before.
Anyone..?

Its more common than you think. Walking to and from campus I see at least 10 cars with tickets; different ones every day. The parking police just sit in the shade and go around the block every few hours.
Makes me glad I don't park in the street :cool:
