This is a nifty 3D animation of the assembly sequence of a Corvette LS2 V8 engine. (3 min. 3 sec.)

I didnt see any oil added to this engine!Corvettes are factory-filled with Slick 50, run for 5 minutes, then drained and sealed. No oil necessary.

That's a good one - I've always wondered how a blower's intercooler worked. It looks like there's a bank of vertical plates between the blower outlet and the intake plenum runners that the air charge passes through. Is that the intercooler, and if so, how are the plates cooled? Liquid coolant, or air-to-air?
