The trim shop replaced the drivers panel near the door whcih was torn by the metal seat frame.

He also covered the metal and rebuilt the seat bottom.

I now sit 3/4" higher and my pants are no longer getting holes in them.

Total cost $218. He keeps that section of leather in stock. Can't imagine why?

I should have done it 2 years ago.

Has anyone had the same "Jousting" match with their Marauder?

I started to see on my drivers seat the start of a hole from the metal. But I was lucky as Claude (Carfixer) took care of it before my warranty ran out. I also paid and had the back replaced (which I paid for) so I have a brand new seat.

Mine has a hole just broke through...I have put a piece or rubber under the hole between the leather for now until the car comes of the road for the winter..then will repair....Stupid design.

I would LOVE to have the seat foam redone, to add more side bolstering!!

I was thinking the same thing, make the bucket seats TRUE bucket seats.

yeah, mine is the same way. I've ruined a few pairs of nice Dockers.

Tom,

Was your embossed god's head worn on the seat back??

I just installed my FOURTH back skin due to god's head wear and will continue once a year under warranty as long as it continues!!!:mad2: This one does look different so maybe they have fixed it!!

There is a seat bottom service bulletin ...for sagging conditions.... have the Dealer look it up.. mostly because of the portly donut chuggers...but there is a new bottom support...

I can't picture where this hole is forming, is it on the left side of the lower seat when your seated ? Thanks, E.
