Thats actually pretty cool for what it can do. The front kinda reminds me of a moden GM car.

It has 18*8" wheels. I wonder if a MM wheel would fit?? I will try to photochop one on:lol:

Smokey Yunick did it first with a Fiero.

Fuel Vapor technology is nothing new, Pogue carburators have been around since the 1920's doing the same thing.. Its just dangerous to keep gasoline in a vapor state. But with todays technology, it may be easier to do as electronics and devices have shrunk to proportions where you can make an economical and safe Pogue design that can be used reliably.. Looks pretty neat..

Pretty cool concept. I like it except there does not seem to any windows to open. Gotta have the wind...

That doesn't look half bad.

I doubt it's 5 star crash rated. Looks like your the crumple zone! Still could be a fun track car. Just keep away from the Expedition driving soccer moms.

Nice. 1400# has a lot to do with the mileage, as does the streamline body - two things that would probably not make it into production. Weight would likely go up when it had to meet strict crash test standards, and rarely do any of the tandem designs ever hit the street. They usually end up in a compromise. Still: All in all, its a pretty impressive little roadster.

If you notice on the website, the technology can be applied to ANY engine, increasing power and fuel economy.

When I can buy it, I'll put it on my MM;)

I just hope this survives longer than the Land Shark trike project.

Unless they just can't talk about that anymore, nudge nudge wink wink.

Smokey Yunik (sp?) had the same idea about 20 years ago as this project. He had a three cylinder motor that was making V-8 style power. It was like 1984, or so. He heated the intake manifold using the exhaust gas. So, the motor breaths in perfectly vaporized (beyond atomized) F/A mixture, and get a perfect, 100% burn, making the best possible power. He had a way of keeping it from knocking (which is a problem when you heat the charge), and it got crazy fuel economy.

I've often wondered how much he got paid off to kill that project...
