That is a rip off.

For that price (or very close to it) one can find a CLEAN polished wheel that is in great condition and not have to settle for this used and dirty POS.

Just my 2 Cs.

Ya, I bought a brand new spare never mounted with a new tire on ebay for $53 shipped on ebay. But its different, never seen one like it before. Pic in my user pictures

Looks like an unpolished spare from a 300A US. I concur a bit pricy.
