Once I have my 4.10 gears installed would it mess anything up to change my Rear Axle Ratio setting in my Xcal2 unit from stock to 4.10 one a 3.55 tune file or if anyone has a tune for 4.10 gears, 3500 stall converter with PCM code MAV2 could you email me a copy of the tune file? I'm going to be getting the gears installed by my friend and then the next day or day after that I'll be taking the car to Evolution Performance for a dyno tune.

You really need to contact whomever you got the Xcal2 from to get the correction for your 4.10's.

If there's only one tune in the Xcal, you can change the rear ratio yourself in the options on the hand-held.

Just wish I could change my torque converter from locking up at 37mph in 3rd gear by the hand-held. I need to get the pro racer software.

No you don't. Just get Extreme tune. It's free. You can change converter lockups there. You just need a copy of your base tune.
I have it (ET) if they don't offer it for download any more.

I can send you a copy of my pre-header tune. Car was mostly like yours is now, including the 4.10's.
