it was a 20 year old kid for one thing. WTF. you cant even buy a handgun till you are 21 I thought much less carry one.

That was my exact words! WTF! Was he a correction officer? Thats crazy. Was taken out by a sniper from his own department. WOW. Best wishes to the family's.

In the news, see story in AOL.. It will turn out that the so called cop was a high school friend of some of the victims and was a jealous lover of one of the females..much too young to be a CO and also a Deputy Sheriff..immaturity at its worst...probably played video games in the cruiser.

I differ, a 20 year old is not a kid. 17 year olds have been war heros.

Saying a criminal is crazy in most cases is a myth perpetuated by a segment of our society that does not believe in the death penalty, personal responsibility or evil.

If the perp believed those he killed were from another planet and their eyes were casting laser beams on him that would be crazy.

There are hundreds of thousands if not millions of crazy people in this country who are not hurting anyone and are no more a threat than sane people.

Based on the information we have he was a sane evil person.

This is probabally the only time I will ever say this here.......age has nothing to do with maturity. I've know very mature persons that were not even 16, I know persons who I wouldn't trust watching my dogs that are over 40. Maturity. Period. It's in the wiring.

We had a perfectly mature fireman kill his neighbors and their guests last 4th of July right here in my area.

They were blowing off fireworks. :rolleyes:
