Howdy Camp,

I've been thinking of looking into this TSB and getting the firmware update on my 300A at my local LM dealer.

The engine has had a cold start miss since mid summer.

However, I already have Lidio's tune? Did the SCT tune overwrite the offending code? Does it make any sense to have the TSB 16428 download done? Will it overwrite my 93 Octane Tune?

Thanks!

It shouldnt, but yet thats all i know, put the stock tune on, bring it to the dealer, get the update, then in the parking lot reupload the lidio tune and off you go.

Do NOT allow the dealer to flash your PCM. It WILL overwrite Lidio's tune and you'll be SOL.

If you have a 9100 or an X-Cal2, then reflash your PCM back to stock. Then go ahead and let the dealer do their thing if you want, to see if it changes anything (I bet it won't), but restoring Lidio's tune will then overwrite the dealer flash.
