I think that was the driver walking around throwing stuff in and at the car near the end of the video. Guess he was PO'd at the car or himself; but he was walking around.

The guardrail didn't offer much resistance and he rolled over it like it was a rubberband. Maybe the guardrail supports were too far apart because it let the rail flex an awful lot to let the car climb it easily. This may have actually been a good thing for the driver since all of the energy was disipated in moving the rail and cartwheeling down the grassplot. If the rail was more rigid, he would have stop more quickly and abruptly and the results may have been different.
