headrest removal

Does anyone know how to remove the headrests in a 2002 crown vic? My marauder has a button to push & the headrests just pull straight out but the crown vic does not.

Follow these steps to remove headrests:

1-Raise headrest to highest height

2-Grab and turn counterclockwise the round trim at the base of each headrest post until you can lift them freely up away towards headrest

3-While holding headrest upward with small screwdriver push to release the retaining clip inside the top of seat(hard to see but looks like a hitch pin clip) on each post

4- It should pull right up and out
