First off I want to that everyone involved in pulling off the Racing event of the year, you guys are the greatest. It's probably been said before but I have to reiterate. The Cars bring all of us together, but the people involved is what makes the time so enjoyable. Enough of that.

Well after finally making it up to cooler weather the fruits (Mods), of my labor have finally shined. And again in true form my first run was the best. 13.76 in the 1/4, with a 1.961 - 60 ft. on race fuel without a tune for said fuel. I'm amazed how this can occur all day with a diviation of .15 sec. in 11 runs.
One thing I hate about this is.........I have to go buy my own helmet to race in now.

Calling all NA Marauders, we need to re-establish who has the fastest NA.

PS: Sorry MarauderMarc, but it was your record I was going after.

Congrats on the 13.76 1/4 mile time. I'm sure their isn't many N/A Marauders that can do that..

Great run Ed! I knew you had it in your car. You must be the national champ for NA cars. Ahhh, you'll need a helmet anyway down the road.

I ran 13.42 at SSHS7. It's N/A but it's punched out and stroked. Really should be in the 12's but the tranny and torque converter setup ain't working too good.

Congrats on a great run!

I remember when I hit 13.7 N/A and how excited I was. Faster than just about every muscle car in stock trim!

I think Barry holds the fastest N/A OEM Long Block of 13.2.

Yep, there was no way I was gonna see those times NA!!!!

I would like to add that as impressive as that performance is, it's on a 100,000+ mile motor!!!!

I was proud watching those runs, Ed! Congrats.

Awesome NA numbers, good looking RT also. The hat isn't a bad idea for even a 15 second car. I was down on performance (ET's) due to the dreaded lack-o-posi bug. Anyone wondering, posi is worth about .2 sec, both 1/8 and 1/4 times. My 1/8 to 1/4 time remains the same, just that extra push for the first 330' is missing.

Eddie, congrats not just on that run but on all of them. You were and are mr. consistancy. All of your runs are nearly identical. You and your car are both dialed in to the max. It was fun watching you crank them off. Thanks, my friend. Dennis

I couldn't get down that low because I don't have all that new and improved state of the art sound equipment in the car, that's good for at least a couple of 10th's.

Thanks all for the encouraging words, but now I'm going to have to go after John's record.

I have 250 lbs lbs plus audio equipment in my car. I always wonder what it would do with out it. Hope you can beat the time.
