First of all, let me just say I'm so glad that something like this happened to me. I don't get to experience very much 'cool car stuff'

I happen to know the parts manager at the Porsche dealer in Naples. He is actually related to me now, thanks to a very fast wedding that my sister sprung on us. But that's a whole other story. Anyways, my 'nephew in law' is the manager at the parts counter at Porsche. The first time I met him we somehow started talking cars and he mentioned his job. I was intrigued. They are also the Aston Martin Dealer, Rolls Royce Dealer, Maserati Dealer, etc. Not to mention Bugatti. I got a call yesterday from my sister saying that Justin had called and said they were getting a Veyron in and I could come check it out today!! I thought about it for a while, then said "OK, I guess we can go check it out":D Well we arrived at the Porsche Dealership and saw Justin and he informed us it had been moved to the Mercedes Dealership owned by the same company. So he hopped in the 'rauder and we cruised over there. My heart was pounding as we approached. I swear I saw it from a mile away!! OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It shouldn't even be called a car, it is such a marvel in every respect. I was in awe (That is why I have a big dumb grin on my face in the pic.) When he said "is it locked? I think it's open" I said "No, you've got to be kidding me" "Just don't scratch it!" he says. WOW!!!! For those of you who don't know, the Bugatti Veyron Costs $1,450,000.!!!! I was scared, but proceeded anyways. I have never felt so engulfed by a car. It sits about 5-1/2" off the ground, and has extreme bucket seats. It's like a cockpit. Yet everything is still very well appointed in the cabin. A foot behind me was a W-16 engine that produces 1001 HP!! This thing has 10 radiators!! It is a 'quad-turbo' Yes Four Turbos!! It's top speed is 400km/hr (253 mph)!! This has been tested and verified. It is pretty hard to get in and out of, because it's so low to the ground. I'm about 6' tall and weigh a good 260 or so. I can't imagine a bigger fella(or lady) getting in and out. The worst part of this whole thing is, Justin informed that they had moved it early this morning and If I had been there then, I would have been able to ride along with the GM of the dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost started to cry. It was still an incredible experience that I will never forget. My fiance was also impressed. Maybe someday I could have one of my own........................

Most expensive car I've ever sat in is a Maybach 57. The back seat is really nice.

How is the Bugatti?

Well, needless to say, there is no back seat. Not much room for groceries or kids. I have a feeling if you own a Veyron, you most likely have at least one other more practical vehicle. Or actually, you probably have a staff of people delivering your groceries and children.
Very tight quarters, yet not cramped at all. It would definately take some getting used to. I would probably have velvet seats put in:D
