1st owner put 215,000 on her(salesman), 2nd owner had her for 3 months, wouldnt run right, got her for a song, fixed a wire problem (owner #1 hit a deer, pinched a wire in front end, wouldn't start, no wipers, etc.) my husband is great with our cars and found it, no problems since.:D This car is still solid. She has a few light scratches in the clear coat, one small cart ding in the front fender(size of a quarter). This way I dont feel bad driving her.(even in the winter) I only live 5 blocks from work takes me 4 min.:P. Liz

235,000 miles on the MM today:P.
I don't expect to hit the 235K mark until 16 December 2023 ... about 2:00 in the afternoon, I would guess. ;)

WOW!!!

235,000 Miles! That is awesome.

At the rate I drive my Marauder, I've got another 112 years to catch up to you!

(I've driven my Marauder just over 10,000 miles* in almost 5 years of ownership...with plenty of 1/4 mile 'trips' included in that mileage!)

*I'm a sales rep. and the Marauder is the first new car that I have owned that did NOT have 30,000+ miles within the first year of ownership.

Don't get too cocky, Liz.

I was feeling pretty fine when my 95 CV hit 235,000. Then, a few weeks later, the MOTOR SET UP OR HER. Seized solid as a rock.

But, that may have had something to do with being down 3 quarts, and standing on the gas up hill when she was stone cold in the morning

I think I would garage it before I got to that point...Or buy a new engine and have it in reserve.

At the rate my car is going since new, 34 years til I hit 235k.

At the rate I've been driving her in the last 3 years, 54 years til I hit 235k.

At the rate I've been driving her in the last 5 months, 77 years til I hit 235k.

At the rate I've been driving her in the last 2 weeks, 255 years til I hit 235k.

Congrats and keep her going strong!!!
