Flasher Out!!

I have a flasher issue, and not sure if it is fuse. I was on a trip last week-end and when to use the flashers and nothing happened. Tried the turn signals with the flasher button out and they stopped working. Pushed it in and the turn signals are fine. If the fuse was bad for the flashers, wouldn't something else be out also??

IMO you need a new flasher for your hazzard lights.

I belive the flasher is a solid state component of the lighting control module. Very likely the contacts in the multi-function switch for the hazard switch are contaminated. Try operating it repeatedly several times and see in this helps.

I have experienced a failure of the Flasher switch on the top of the steering column more than once on P71's, possibly because they are used so much.
