I ordered 22" Icons for my Marauder from Amazon (I was ordering a lot of stuff, so thought, 'what the hay?'), P/Ns 422A and 422B, thinking they were the right part. :shake:

The ones I received use the wrong attachment method, the 'U' or 'J' shaped wiper arm system.

But my 300A uses a different system, which has a stud that snaps through the blade and acts as the pivot point.

I thought my 95 CV used the 'U' or 'J' shaped wiper arm system. So, I was surprised to see the stud, or post type connection on my MM. Hadn't seen that for years...

I can't find the right P/N for Icon at the Bosch Website for the MM. Has anyone used them before?

I have looked for them myself and after about a month , it seems that they don,t make them for our ride . if anyone knows something else please chime in...

If you are looking for low profile wiper blades, I have had good luck with the Flex-blade style from Silblade. They work fine at higher speeds, and do not streak. They have a 5 year replacement warranty with no questions asked. I looked into the ICONs, and was told they didn't make them for my 03 CV

Thanks for letting me know that, silverstreak. BTW, I LOVE your valve covers - those are the ones I want!

Spruce,

You may have saved me. I checked these things out, and seems almost everyone has a perfectly glowing report. The only thing is, I'm a little bit afraid of getting the wrong ones again! I'll try to contact them direct, and make sure to get the right P/Ns. THANK YOU!

Trico makes one that looks just like a bosch, called the neoform. They fit the pin style thet the MM. I have them on my car and they are just as nice as the icon. You can get them at the same store as the bosch( I did anyway) cost was $2 cheaper than icon. Have a good hoilday.

I checked the receipt, and as I recall, you just buy the 22" wiper and use one of the adapters that come with it.

Here's some pics.

The Flexblades are available at SOME Napa Stores.

If you call Silblade, they will tell you who carries them in your area.

I have had my Rain-X blades for nearly a year. Here in FL, they go bad about every 3-4 months, usually. I would recommend them to anyone anytime!!!

BTW, they come with the proper attachments!

That's great. Thanks for the photos. I still haven't called to confirm one blade fits all... I like these blades because the price is less that Icon, it fits our cars, and they have a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY! They are not made of rubber, but silicone, which is much tougher. It also continuously coats your windshield, I hear, with a little silicone as it's used, so you have a permanent rain-x effect. (correct me if I'm wrong). I'll post what I find out about them after talking to them direct. Thanks again.

Phoned Silblade today, and they said P/N 122 is the correct one. Same number for either side. I'm ordering them soon, and will let you know how it goes.
