just seen on tv that progressive now offers pet insurence should your 4 legged friend get hurt in the event of an accident. hmmm

Yup! They offer $500 towards your pet when something happens. I swear it was if it was your passenger's animal that they would cover, not the driver's.

They really have a good thing going though...

It depends on how your pet could get hurt. In a car you are driving, you could use an umbrella insurance policy instead. It would work better. If you are walking your dog and it gets hit it wouldn't. It would however protect you if your dog bit someone.
