Sure does decrease the turning radius.
Seriously, being easy on the throttle, the Marauder grabs quickly with the snows and holds well. Just need to remember to keep the gas pedal within 50% of the floor board.
Fear not those of the North. Works well.
Way better than my 1975 LTD was.................

....and with 16" your 4.10's are now more like 4.90's or better.:P
I did that in '03 with studs.
Crazy I tell you...CRAAAAZY!

Cruztaker, you have not accurately calculated my tire size. I am running 265/70's out back.
Can you say Hoop - dee - doo ????
Tall ass tires that barely fit, not even room for studs.............

Yeah that's one thing I was worried about so I held off on installing my 4.10s and will do them in the spring.

I'm running 4.10s and a 3000 stall in the deep stuff. I turn off the traction control just to have more fun. I thought that I'd have trouble with the convertor, but a little less right foot on take off and it's no problem.

Stick the transmission in 2nd gear and you no longer have to worry about your right foot.

Compared to last year with running the tire setup and then having the stock 2800 stall converter the tires would get all wiggle when getting on it and now to my surprise the car still moves just as fast with the truckish snow tires, I guess the 3500 is helping that.

It usually decreases my turning radious, just a quick blip of the throttle, a little bit of steer in and blam 180*. :) practice practice. (empty parkinglot of course)
