Yes Painted I Got Mine At The Dealer Came In Box Painted.mines Black I Got It Like 7 Months Ago.but Now I Dont Know If I Want To Do Holes In My Trunk.

According to the mercury & ford accessories websites, they are available in primer, dark blue pearl or black.
