Not good. My condolences on your accident. :bigcry: Slippery snow & ice problems?

What did you hit that didn't take out the front headlights?

My guestimate on this is $2500-3000+ depending on any damage that we CAN'T see under the hood or crumple on the fenders.

Jeep Grand Cherokee is what I hit, and yeah, snow and ice problems.

OUCH :bigcry: Im really sorry to see that, but it definately looks fixable. Your not out of a marauder, thankfully :)

more importantly, your not missing any limbs either

Holy crap. That is not good. Didn't you just get that car like a month ago? Minimally, that car needs a new nose, new header panel, and new (used/lkq) hood. Not worth trying to fix that hood w/ so many junkyard crown vics available.

do not miss those days of a fail attempt to stop where you want too. Lived in the midwest most of my life, now I have too watch for the rain..roads can get just as slick.

I think this might as good of an opportunity as any to maybe get a God's Head badge, where can I scoop one of those up?

Please post a warning next time!

Hope it all turns out well for you and the car.

Did you see a Doctor yet? If not do so.

Sorry to hear/see about your accident. The hood & front header panel should be easy to get used but the grille is $207 list price from ford & the front bumper is $1325 list price!

Sorry about the accident. On a lighter note.

From the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

"My dad's a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it!"

Or you can see part of the clip here.

I just looked at her again, and it looks like I'm driving the Leon Spinks Marauder.

All in all, regardless of cost, that's really not that bad. I have seen Marauders recovered flawlessly (including my own) from much worse.

Good luck!

Have to agree...made me sad to see a wounded soldier. Glad you are okay..and good luck with the repairs. Tough luck with that deductible.

Mine didn't look as bad but I had to get all the same stuff replaced...as long as there is no damage to the fenders or radiator then it should be about as much as mine was....here is the link for my accident.

Just got an estimate from the body shop, $4,116.64 total. Which is absurd, but also includes the emblem delete grill. Good thing I have full coverage.

I say get the check and do the work yourself.
Have the parts painted (everyone knows a bodyman)

You will prolly have a few grand in your pocket when its done.

Prolly at least cover that deductible. Your check would be for the amount you stated less $1000.
