Well, I finally got an iPod.

I also got a new cable (mini to RCA) so that I can play it through my Home Theater.

The problem is it only plays through one channel.

I think the cable may be bad.

Any thoughts?

I thought you were gonna say Ipod touch :) The new nanos are nice, you can actually watch a video on the screen :D My dad won a silver 4gig at some company thing. If i didnt have an ipod i woulda swiped it :D

So far, I llike it a lot.

I have loaded up a couple of hundred songs and it should hold about 2,000 or so.

Santa got my wife the same one. I loaded it up with some of her music and photos so they would be on there this morning. Problem is I like it a lot better than my ancient old Mini.

I'm thinking about getting myself the 80G Ipod.

Im currently waiting for my 4GB mini to die before I upgrade. Looks like I'll be having it forever.

I love records like you do Motorhead but you can't take them on the plane. That's the best use of my iPod. Jon
