Hey - just an FYI, and it may not even be a problem for anyone, but I thought I'd pass it on.
When Kenny's shop converted our Marauders, the plumbling around the radiator was relocated all over the place, due to the new fan shroud, intercooler reservoir, etc. One of the things that got moved were the horns; these were moved lower down on the radiator support, below the reservoir.
I recently noticed my horns became intermittent and pulled the grille to check it out. In my case, the horn were mounted with the bells 'up,' and over the past four years they filled up with water and shorted out.
It's no big deal - I replaced 'em with PIAA horns and everything works fine. But if you've got one of these Kenny Brown beauties, check out the horns. You might want to turn 'em over so the bells point at the ground.

Have you heard #8's horn, it sounds like a kid's bikecycle. What I need is some airhorns, you want to install them for me Joe?

SURE!!!
But only if I can install a full set...like the Marauder in www.hornblasters.com
I'll have to cut out the flooor of your trunk to accomplish the task...but what the heck...it would be a NO COMPROMISES horn system!

Joe, you are getting somewhere now as that would cut down on weight as well. I might try it too.:D

I want a horn to let the nuts on the road where I am, not blow apart my car in the process.

Look at another positive in addition to the weight savings of a gutted trunk, the horns would easily cover up the S/C whistle....

Two or three in the engine bay will be enough. Are you up to it?

I've thought about it...mounting two in the space behind the grille-in front of the radiator.
Problem is where to mount the BIG air reservoir tank & compressor needed to run those things.
My engine compartment is chock full already, and I'm not going to waste trunk space on a seldom used, childish...(yep that's me)... novelty.
It would be nice to be able to induce some text messaging, iPod using, make-up applying, newspaper reading idiot to crap their pants during rush hour!
BOOOOWAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

My nephew has a set of train horns on his International Roll Back. He says they really work well. :D Of course, everytime his 3 year old son hears a train, he automatically thinks "Daddy's Home".
