Well, thanks to Jeff (on the wrenches) and Tim (on the keyboard) at MPH Performance, my Cobra is just about done!
All it needs now is the sub installed and the boost guage overlay and its done!!
Spun the rollers to the tune of 625 rwhp.
Here is the dyno sheet:

Cobra's are beautiful- yours especially! but the Marauder is for another purpose.
If I were to get a Terminator- insurance would double! ($500 a month), when i get my Marauder my insurance is going to increase $2 a month!
I already have a 332whp/362wtq '66 mustang (2900lbs.) that suprises people, the Marauder is a cool factory sleeper with a lot of appeal to me.
If your goal is to have a 1/4 mile car, then yes- you wasted your time with a 4-door family sedan.
The grass is always greener i guess ;)
have a lot of fun with that beast...

Do both! My silver '03 Terminator with a full-blown Steeda Stage IV suspension package is one whale of a track machine....not drag strip mind you. But so too is my '99 GT convertible set up for AutoX and the '07 Shelby GT handles like its on rails and then I have the '04 DTR MM for "daily driving".:D

I used to say the same thing about my motorcycles. I started with a cruiser; then went to a touring bike; then a sport touring bike; then a sport bike; finally, a race track sport bike. Fifteen years and two kids later, I wish to had the toruing and cruiser bikes back.

As you may know, I have been "grounded" for some time due to some health problems. Well, this past weekend I was finally allowed to fly again. So, fear not! I got behind the wheel of the car and got some wind in my hair!!
Although I had to take it easy (no John Force style launches!!), I certainly enjoyed driving my car.

A beautiful Cobra with some mighty impressive stout numbers. But, you have got to get it to a track. How about FFW in April at Commerce, GA. Give this olde man the right lane for a fun run - no bottle, just straight stock engine and that big box pulley thing on top.
Concerning Vets - Vets are nice, but MM are faster.

See ya all at FFW in April. I got the right lane.

Marty, nice cobra. When you get fully sick of the MO-Rauder you can donate it to the United Negro College fund in care of me. I have a Federal Tax ID number so you can seal the deal before the end of the fiscal year. :argue:

I will change the license plate form MO-Rauder to MO-Boma. Let's put pin to paper and Get-ur-done. I have a couple of friends at Canter and Siegel that could help with the exchange Pro bono publico style.

Glad to hear you are back to driving again, Marty. :) I was worried about that.
Marty, if you ever sell it, be in touch.
That car is the best representation of an 03-04 Cobra Ive ever seen.

Nice car with some chubby power curve to it!
Of course, if you posted those pic's over on svt they'd be calling your Cobra a 4x4 because of all the "room" between the fenders and the tops of the tires (aka: lowering time)...
Not my personal preference....but now that I've seen that comment 100+ times over there, every time I see a Terminator I think of the ride height...
Sickening...

Jonathan:
When I got this car it was "slammed" so low that I could not even get it on a trailer without going through some significant machinations. As a result, we swapped out the springs and brought the ride heoght between where it was (slammed) and stock.
Personally, I like the ride height the way it is now and I think I will be keeping it this way.

Heheh, nah. That Cobra isn't going anywhere. There is a long story about the 6 months it took to come in after I ordered it, and I have done all the work on it myself. Way too attached to it.

No doubt you know what you like!
I had a friend with an '03 Cobra @ stock ride height and he had a bad
time with departure angle (constantly worried about dragging the tips).
I have a crappy, short driveway that pitches down towards my house
and he'd never venture into it because the combo of wheelbase length
and the bump at the top of my driveway as it meets the street would
equal a lousy breakover point and he almost got hung up right about in
the middle...

Mine is still stock height, and I lost one of the cat covers on a Bassani X-Pipe (1st gen design). I also had my throwout bearing literally explode at the track, and sc***** the plastic on the nose to hell when loading it on a friends trailer. :(
