I had "Bob White" decals on my black MM -- In red, they looked great. On my silver, I have "SS Inserts" -- and I paid extra for the "dark-polished" version. They look great as well.

If you want to save some bucks, Either the red or silver vinyl letters look great.

I have the Bob White decals in black and have been happy with them. They have held up through 2 Iowa winters and plenty of washings. I am VERY interested in seeing the SS Inserts in the dark chrome color on a SB as I don't like their standard ones on SB (IMHO):

yes with acrylic paint.... likes arts and crafts crap.they also painted the backingofthe emblem in the front red too.... it was terrible.

SS Inserts are $64.95 plus S&H. That's $8.12 per letter. ;) Seems that I paid the same price 4 years ago. Pics are in post #51 -- they look brand new and still shine like the day I put them on in February 2004. No problems at all. The quality is definitely worth the price.

Got my SS inserts in the mail today. Saw em layin on the counter after I got home from work and couldn't wait til the weekend to put em on so I ran outside before dark, cleaned up the recessed lettering portion of the bumper and slapped em on.

Pictures to come once I clean it up this weekend. They look so good as is! Can't wait to see how they compliment a nice, freshly cleaned bumper.

On another note, does anyone have any experience using a DA polisher over these? Any ill effects?

Very reflective as they are polished stainless steel. Shipping shouldn't be a problem for a lightweight compact package.

Most of the ones on eBay are decals not stainless steel. Mine have been on the car for over 11 years.

No pictures of gold on a back MM. These are the letters. They don't look shiny because they are in the packaging and there is a protective film that you remove once you install them.

Found this in another thread, now I really can't make my mind up between chrome mirror finish or reflective black. I'd really like the chrome but it doesn't reflect in the dark.

I bought my first set here for my first Marauder, 2nd Maraduer already had SS ones on it. They do ship internationally and will also ship samples, but samples cost like 50 cents each one...They were like a a quarter when I did it few years ago. They were fine, easy to put on and no issues while I had the car. They have a bunch of color options now that were not avail years ago.

I have the same inserts from actionautoaccessories.com, they are very nice. I also bought the plate frames, had an issue with both frames and they replaced them without any hassle. A very stand up company, that has excellent customer service.
