So from my searching.. I've come up that there are three options for a high stall TC... Precision Industries, Darrin at BC, and C something or other..(brain fart)..
and besides the different brands there is the option of single or triple plate discs..right?

A good transmission shop can build you one. I had one built with some extra stall and hand brazed for $170.00. I am happy with it, can do dry pavement burnouts no problem now. I was also paying for a full trans rebuild though, so that may have had a factor on cost.
Do it right the first time and buy one from Darrin :up:

If you want a Heavy Duty Top of the line Tranny or Torq. Conv. Give Darrin a call. I ordered my T/C not to long ago and recieved it, now I just ordered a New tranny too. Looking foward too the install of both items.
