I can't remember which Pioneer it is but does this system use the navigation CD's to use that feature?

If it's a double-din hole it shouldn't be an issue. The D2 comes with an install cage, I believe, so it's pretty straightforward.
The only caveat is finding the speed sensor wire (although, the unit WILL function just fine without it).
Most modern wiring harnesses make the wiring VERY simple. John can usually supply those per make/model/year.
How about we take 25.00 off of these due to the great deal on the the new d3. This makes them 340.00 now.

Oh ok, thanks for clearing that up. I didn't know it was $375 before.
I changed the original price back to 365.00. Thanks for pointing out my weird thinking. The price is 340.00 for them now plus shipping. This does not include the steering wheel interface which is 60.00 and you need a wiring harness and dash kit which is 25.00 for the two that fit the Marauder. Hope this clears it up.

It's still the absolutely best deal I have ever seen or that you'll ever see on a system with so many features. I paid about 1200 for my D1 back in the day!!!! Don't pass this up if you got a few bucks burning your pocket!

John,
Is there a bypass on the avic d2 that would allow dvd's to be played while driving?
www.avic411.com (http://www.avic411.com) is your answer

The D2 does not play DVD's directly. You CAN add a video input from any source and you CAN hack it to be viewed while driving. See the install thread in John Kuhn's forum of D2 for Dennis Reinhart.

If this thing is Sirius compatible, I might be interested.....

You can Ad Sirius or XM.
And the sat radio unit fits perfectly under the EATC controller behind the dash. Also, works perfect with both NAV and XM antenna on the dash, passenger side near the windshield/dash/a-pillar junction. No chance of antenna theft/vandalism/carwash removal.
One sold and one more left, 340.00 includes shipping.
