Offer $500.00 tops. The other several thousand dollars spent on the car should be to fix damned thing and eliminate the bling and to put real wheels on the car. The color is kinda nice, though.

He spent ALL that $$$$ on that poor Impala and he didn't even buy the aftermarket lengthened rear control arms!

Every Impala guy buys them so that the rear wheels are centered in the wheelwells.
With those ridiculous rims it looks even MORE off center.
