HA!!! Online dating indeed. Been there and done that! The stories I have about the weirdos you meet from online dating sites. Go to a bar or club. As long as you can communicate you have a shot. Let me tell ALL of you something... pay close attention if you're paying for a site. I was using one and got some attention once in awhile from 'women'. Well, I save all my inbox mesages and notices a pattern, some of the inbox messages were from different girls, different pictures, SAME AGE, PERSONAL INFO AND ACCOUNT DETAILS! I came to a quick conclusion that these were used as bait to keep my interest and my money coming in. I quit altogether and now date two married women. Giggety.

A friend met his wife online. 3rd wife, this one had some similar interests and her own money, and they met online. She is from Russia, he's Canadian, their first date was in France. This is true... I have been pretty tied down for 3 years and since we broke up, I have been out with my friends everynight since... the freedom is nice, but I did care about her and miss her as my girlfriend... we are still really good friends and go figure...
