Parting out WHOLE 04' MM...Gauging interest.

Long story short, if there is interest in a low mile parted out MM, the items will be sold to members. This is an idea im toying with right now. If enough people want the parts and have the cash, the car WILL BE PARTED.

Here is a wash list of items on the car that are being sold. IF ANYTHING IS NOT on the list that you wish to buy, please POST UP FIRST, and then PM ME.

Items PAID IN FULL will be considered SOLD, as well it should be. Putting up dibs on an item VIA post, AND PM will hold the item. If you DO NOT HAVE the full money for the item, we may be able to set up a payment plan. That will be dealt with on an indidivual basis only! Then, from that point you will have 5 days (business) to send payment/deposit* (*for layaway purposes).


Right now, i will be accepting offers on ALL ITEMS. I have not right now set any prices on items. PLEASE PM WITH ALL OFFERS. There are things that i may keep for myself. These items will be X'ed off the list (this original post will be modified to list sold and layaway items).



Again, here are the major components offered right now. The color of the car is DTR on black.

- Door panels ($125 for drivers door, $75 for all others)

- rear fascia (reverse lights w/panel, make an offer)

- 4 MM wheels w/tires ($800, $225 ea. if set is broken up)

- WHOLE MOTOR/TRANNY WITH A FULLY RUNNING AND OPERATIONAL "ROLLING CHASSIS" $3500. This price is absolutly non-negotiable. (After speaking to several people, i figured this may be a bad idea to try and crate these items). This means to you that you will get a running car with all panels in tact, doors, etc. Rear decklid may go, and you will be able to transport this vehicle without any issues at all. 3.55 tRAC-LOC REAR will be included in this price.

Again, bear in mind that this project will be taken on if the interest is there. Otherwise, i will keep the car and make a monster out of my GM (clone).

The price for the whole car is $8000. No title but will come with bill of sale stating that it is in rebuildable salvage condition. You may be able to file for a salvage/rebuilt title in your state.

Why is it a salvage title. What state has the car been issued a salvage title because in almost all cases the car has to be fixed in THAT state and then retitled. I just hate to see the car parted and am really thinking about buying it but i just got done fixing a DTR and dont know if i want another car to sell. Let me know what happened to it.

The car has been hit and repaired from what looks to be.

The paint on the car sucks everywhere except the bumpers and the sides (which seem to be OEM paint)

Yea that car needs alot of work. the body gaps are way off and thats a body guys worst problem to deal with. That marauder does need to prolly parted. So im not to mad anymore :banana2: I feel much better now.

To anyone who wants parts as a whole (now up to 4 offers on the car as a whole) will be pleased. I am waiting on these offers to see who comes through with cash.

I would just like to reitterate one thing - the car wasnt in a terrible accident. It looks like it just took a light hit to the front and were replaced with oem parts. The craftmanship as you can see is *****ty.


THIS CAR DOES NOT, I REPEAT, DOES NOT HAVE A SALVAGE TITLE CURRENTLY.

It was purchased from a mechanic who had a lein on it.

This is what i love about this site, everyone is so honest. I saw a car on ebay a couple months ago that was wrecked, body shop had it, and i was going to buy it to put back together. Looked like a light hit and guy said that it had no frame damage at all. I found a DTR closer and bought it instead. When i became a member i saw that the car that the body shop had was a members car and saw the pics and how bad the car really was. I was glad i didnt buy it and p***** that i was not a member earlier than this. Great site and keep up the post.:D

A car that has a salvage title can be rebuilt and retitled in any state that issues rebuilt titles so long as it is inspected by an official of that state. Some states do not issue rebuilt titles. If this car was not issued a salvage title then you would have to work with the DMV to re-issue a new title for it. All paperwork with the lein and release needs to go with the car. Not hard to do in some states but very difficult in others.
