Jessica recently bought a really high end point and shoot that also records video. Unfortunately, it records in Apple format Quicktime.
I do not have, nor do I want software editing for Quicktime.
I have finally become familiar with Windows based video editing and I want to stick with it.
I need a program that will convert Quicktime to AVI / MPEG.
I am using a shareware version of something called "Ultra Quick Time Converter". It works very well, easy, and straight forward. However, the free version limits to 50% file conversion. They want $29.99 for the full version.
Does anyone know of a full free version, or be willing to hook me up with a converter f.o.c. ?
I am not neccesarily being cheap, 30 bucks isn't so bad....it's just the fact that Apple has gotten their hands on so many cameras these days it's rediculous, and forces some to move to other Apple products just make everything work.
