Thought it would be interesting to see the diversity of music selections folks might slap in as they "exercise" their Marauders. If you had to pick two songs (I know, tough) what would they be?

Mine,

Nazareth, "Hair of the Dog"

Deep Purple, "Smoke on the water"

yep...old school

Rolling stones...Sympathy for the devil
led Zepplin....The lemon song

"Mercury Blues" -- Alan Jackson
"Who Wouldn't Want to be Me" -- Keith Urban

..... oh BTW -- I am kind partial to "Sympathy for the Devil", too.

I like upbeat dance tunes...

Mika - Relax
Erasure - Golden Heart
ATB-9PM

Not trance or rave, cuz it puts me to sleep. Upbeat dance tunes with good change ups and a melody and a good lyric.

80's Freestyle works very well, also.

CD's with that sort of stuff all mixed up REALLY shorten a long drive.

Wow, narrow it down to two; that's tough!

If I'm "exercising" the Bluesmobile:

#1: Meatloaf - Bat Out of Hell

#2: Foghat - Chateau LaFitte '59 Boogie

If I'm just out cruising:

#1 Eric Johnson - Cliffs of Dover

#2 Just about anything on Sirius 74 - Sirius Blues

Good tune but "I dont wanna be me" really rocks or even "Black #1"

Judas priest "Night crawler" really works for me, Any other classic rock is really played out due to hearing it over and over so many times. I been big into the dance music lately so anything by Ferry Corsten or Duderstadt has been played the most.

Right now the two CD's I've been listening to this week are Luca Turilli's Dreamquest and Ayreon's 01011001, which is Ayreon's newest album and it's quickly become one of my favorites.

Not sure if it's necessarily "cruisin'" music or old skool cruisin music more precisely.

For that I would say I'm a bit more bluesy some SRV or older Kenny Wayne Shephard for some blues rock and ZZ Top is definitely hard to beat cause I'm Bad I'm Nationwide.

I just can't stand the newer Metallica...

The older stuff when they were still influenced by Dave Mustaine from Megadeth was thier best. You could break stuff to their music and feel good about it. I love the old speed metal bands.

I also forgot Anthrax, not the WMD but the band... oh Iron Maiden too... I have Power Slave in the CD player right now...

Raudermaster

Gotcha Paul. True, but the Black album was great. And, to be honest, I liked a few songs off St. Anger. OMFG, how the hell did I not list Anthrax? They're my absolute favorite band.
