i know what it is. you need a new hvac head unit. the vaccum accuator circuit board is shot. ive had to replace it for that before.

No but, I have heard/read about the problem before. Not always the blend door however most times it is. My marauder is actually fine thanks for asking. Been about 100 miles since I got back vrom my very short trip to Seymore, In. in Oct.:mad:

I don't see it getting many miles this year, hope time will prove me wrong.

Some one here posted what they found as the problem, it is in the AC controll pannel, Billy's car is doing it now, so if the person that posted the fix several of us would like to have it.

I gave up on mine.

My problem started right before MVV when my radiator fan fried itself then the whole HVAC system was running like it had a vacuum leak because it would change with throttle.

I replaced a few vacuum lines, head unit o-rings and some a/c switch valve. The only thing that has actually done any work was just taking the head unit a part move the OEM o-rings around....few hrs later I got vent back and 70% floor while still getting 30% defroster vents. Replace vacuum lines still no difference.

Who has the info on the blend door? On mine Vent is just vent, but floor, floor/defrost and defrost all blow 50/50 out defrost and floor at the same time. I know the head unit works because its switching things, changes temps, fan speed and yada yada yada.

Already tried the dealer and they wanted $542.xx to replace head unit when I have swapped with someone else just to see if it really was my unit and its not. It has to be down the line.
