All you ever wanted to know about different types of leather.
Don't know where the Marauder's "Glove Soft" leather ranks in these categories, but I doubt if Mercury is actually using glove leather for the Marauder.
Seems cost prohibitive to me.
A very high quality leather that is drum dyed all the way through (aniline) is more likely.
