Currently on CNN Headline News, a car chase in progress in Los Angeles. Say it's been going on for 50 mininutes now.

he is pretty good at avioding the pit manuever.

He also drove around the spike belt.

I thought the spike strip got him. Something caused him not be able to have forward motion might have been the traction control once those tires went down.

All those LEO's around i'd have given up to, but then i wouldn't have been in that situation. Only smart thing he did.

I was watching this for a while. The LEO in the CVPI was toying with him. Every time the perp in the SUV tried to do something clever, like drive on the elevated rail tracks, the CVPI was back on him within 30 seconds. Unless you are driving a true high-performance vehicle and there is no helicopter watching your every move, you are unlikely to evade the professionals.
