Are you, or do you know anyone looking to rent a room in Coconut Creek?
I just moved into a 3/2.5 in Coconut Creek (South Creek) and want a room mate to help out with my mortgage.
The monthly rent would be $700 and includes your room, all utilities (electric, water, sewer) DSL wi-fi, digital cable with STARZ, HBO, Encore.
