After You Have Put The 4.10 Gears What Did You See For Gas Mileages. I Seem To Be Getting A Bout A 100-115 Driving Nice. Has Any One See Better Than That. Has Any Also Had Problems With The Car Not Shifting In To 3rd Or 4 Gear At Half Throttle Of Full Throttle With 4.10 Gears?

You should be getting that kind of mileage on half a tank...

Are your tail pipes black???...If so, your O'2 sensors went bad, this, in turn, triggered a very rich condition, causing terrible MPG's...

Change out the O'2 sensors...If this is the case...

Did you use an SCT or Diablo tune for 4.10's when you installed the gears?

The worst gas mileage I ever got was being bone stock on some crappy discount gas about 180 miles to the tank. Good gas brought it up to around 230-250 range and even now with mods and spirited driving I'll get around 300 or more with 70% city and 30% highway traveling.

s/c'd 4:10's and 22mpg on the hwy 17-18 mpgwhen I drive nice around town.
Stock I could get 27 hwy.

The only accurate way is to calculate your MPG. ;)

Very simple start with a full tank, ( do not repeatedly fill, aftert he second click s/b suf. ), reset trip odom.

Refill noting miles on trip odom.

Divide miles by number of gallons.

I lost ~.5 on same 500+ mile trip done the same day.

X miles per tank or any variation there of is a waste of everyones time.:mad2:

21-23 mpg on the highway, about 15-17 around town if I drive "nice." Otherwise, mileage drops to 12-14 in town.

That must be a typo, that averages to 7.6MPG, if you drive a stock Marauder at 65 MPH the tack will run at about 2100 RPM, add 4:10 at 65 MPH the car runs 2400 RPM this will not dramatically reduce MPG, add a pro guard the car may even do better than stock with a good tune.

Last week I made 275.

You have issues with the car, you need to look at LTFT and STFT there is some thing wrong with the car.

I would suspect with fuel economy like that the gas pedal should be wearing through the floor mat....just my idea of humor.Since I got the s/c'r I have not got very good fuel economy,but my tires are have shown the reason why?If the novelty wears off I suspect it will get better.
I think my reasons for poor fuel economy are different then yours.I think everyone is correct in their being something wrong with yourtune or something

I HAVE A Diablo TUNER AND IT DID NOT LET ME CHANGE MY GEARS IN THE PROGRAM SO I WENT TO MY BUDDY AT THE SPEED SHOP AND HE HAD SOFT WEAR ON HIS LAP TOP. I GAVE MY PROGRAMER AND HE PUT A TUNE IN IT. HE CHANGED TIMING,TIRES SIZE,GEARS,SHIFT POINTS.

Sounds like your buddy doesn't know what he is doing. You should have your car re-tuned. Contact Lidio @ Alternative Automotive, he is in MI.

If you just took a aftermarket tune (for 3.55 stock gears) or stock tune and adjusted the rear gear to 4.10 your not really do anything. You need to have an actually tune written for your car that is made for 4.10 gears to have the correct shift points.

i got all my stuff from my work and i went to the guy that rebuilds all of are rear ends. i put about $700 with install and a rebuild rear end.
