Does the letters REP on the vavle covers indicat a factory replacement engine?

Nope, my aunt's CVLXS has a sticker just like that, and only has 14k on it. She bought it used, but they knew the person who owned it, and never had any major warranty work done on it.

The date makes it obvious it is not a replacement.

I never even thoght about it being the Romeo Engine Plant. Yes it is. I need that for my Crown Vic but my wife won't let me have it.:( Some :bs: to do with feeding kids and a roof over their heads. Whatever that's suppose to mean.
