Sorry, but I'd still take a GT. Hyundai's don't look too hot.

Compare apples to apples please, their V6 engine is near 100hp over the Ford V6, and their V8 version of this car will have a 378hp 4.6 in it.

How do you say "pwned" in Korean?

Hyundai and Kia are the same company.

Horsepower doesn't matter here. Mustangs have become an ingrained, integral part of our American culture. You just can't build that into a Hyundai no matter how many horses you cram under the hood. Many of us will always choose Mustang. Even if it is underpowered. Even if it costs a lot more. Buying a Mustang is like buying a Harley. You get a little piece of American history to park in your own driveway.

This just goes to show you these how far these idiots go when it comes to their religion.

"Environmentalists raise concerns but say powerful sporty cars remain a niche market. "It just reinforces why we need tough fuel-economy standards," says David Friedman of the Union of Concerned Scientists. "Car companies aren't always focused on where consumers are going. They are often focused on where consumers have been."

Yeah that was the typical car story in the regular news these days. I take it the Hyundai is FWD, so let's compare a FWD V6 Hyundai to a V8 RWD Mustang.

Secondly, 300hp isn't "super-stomping" power.

Also they tossed in the necessary "Green" paragraph with some whining from the extreme environmentalists.

Then touted smaller engines with high HP as better than big V8's b/c we all know TORQUE doesn't mean anything!

*sigh* just some bad reporting there.
