Arrgh! Just not my weekend!

I decided this would be the weekend to paint the ne bumper cover for my wifes' Pacifica. Even though the humidity is in the high 70's I figure what the heck. After the bulldog I wait about 10 minutes and hit it with a coat of acrylic primer. Sprayed it on kinda of wet. Unfortunately the bulldog coat haden't cured. The result was a gooey mess. It was all downhill from there. I tried in vain to fix it by throwing more paint at the problem with worse and worse results. At about 9 last night I gave up. This morning I sanded the whole bumper down and allowed 2 hours between coats. In about 10 minutes I will finally be able to spray the first of the clear coats. It doesn't pay to rush when it comes to paint. Mabey one day I can air condition the garage and the humidity wont be such a problem. Just had to vent!

Ok, first clear coat went on. A quick wet sand and a final coat and number 27 on my 200+ to-do list can be crossed off!

Crap! I didn't wait long enough for the bumper to dry between wet sanding and I got a little crazing. I should be able to polish it out. Unfortunatley it's in the corners of the step area. Vegas, It's a good thing I don't do this for a living. My family would starve!
