It is built by the seller from a Blank CV police car that you can purchase from policecarmodels.com. I have decaled 10 of these cars in Philadelphia Police RPC cars in 1/18 scale. I also put my dremel tool to work and converted one as close as I can to a Marauder. I had it on display at MVV. A $25.00 blank car and spare parts from junk and broken diecast cars I was given years ago and I created a resonable fascimille of a SB Marauder.
