Q. Can I have my stimulus payment direct deposited?
A. Stimulus payments will be direct deposited for taxpayers who select that option when filing their 2007 tax returns. Taxpayers who already filed and requested direct deposit won't need to do anything else to receive the stimulus payment. Taxpayers who did not request direct deposit for their 2007 refund will receive a paper check by mail. The IRS reminds taxpayers who haven't filed their 2007 returns yet that direct deposit is the fastest way to get both regular refunds and stimulus payments.

Its a nice tax rebate but I doubt it will do much for the economy. Lets see, 6 tanks of gas?

I hope you guys know this stimulus check, it's basically an "advancement" of your next years taxes, this is in no way a gift from our government.

Now, I'm not sure if that rebate is paying for the new kitchen cabinet doors my wife ordered, or for the Kooks Headers I ordered.?????

And what do I need to do to get the Gov't to pay for the Corian Counter top and Tumble Marble tiles for the backsplash????
