Call tire rack and tell them if they do a good job. I called them after i bought my tires last time to compliment them on their customer service and they sent me a free digital tire guage. pretty cool

There's a shop here in town (Town Fair Tire), that beats anyone's prices, including tirerack. They beat tireracks price by almost $100 all four, mounted and balanced. Plus i get free tire rotations and snow tire changeover.
