File transfer--How To?

I want to transfer a vid file from Morpheus to my desktop so I can post it here. Does anybody know how to do it?

Go to wherever Morpheus saves it's files - usually "C:\My Shared Files" and copy it to your desktop. (Right click on it, select "Send to...")

but you won't be able to post it here. This site accepts static images only. You'll have to put it up on a website (free ones at anglefire.com, tripod.com) and post a link.

Not true, you can indeed post mpeg's and other movie types in the gallery.

I downloaded Kazza and now I can access the file. How can I put it up on Angelfire.com
