Picked up my car from Reinhart Automotive last Tuesday, all spiffy clean with a NOVI-1200 S/C nestled under the hood.
Patricia and I followed DR and his wife to Louisville for the GTG.
While in Louisville Dennis completed the final tweaking of the tranny and schooled me on the care and feeding of the S/C. His after the sale support is very commendable. He even called me on the road to inquire about the car and our trip home.
To put the frosting on the cake, I won the X-cal2 tuner donated by Dennis for the Saturday night raffle. He even put in my tune programs (stored on his laptop).
A heartfelt thanks to Dennis for all his effort to see that this customer was completely satisfied. I'm told, by his wife, that he does this for all his customers.
The car performed flawlessly. I've put so many miles on the S/C that it's ready for the inital 1200 mile fluid change.
A special thanks to Zack for helping me understand how to change the belt when the time comes and what belt to use and being patient with my inane questions.
The Burbon Trail tours were excellent and (hic) rewarding. I now know what straight whiskey is and the history behind "proof".
Regards,
