Here a new game for everyone, it's called "Guess What Car Part this is". I just pulled this out of my MM a couple of days ago and I was wondering if anyone would recognize this part, and then explain what it does?

Airflow to regulate pressure?

It resides in the fuel!

It is not a return line... it is probably to relieve pressure once the pump pumps it, and the Injectors don't need it....

Kinda strange. I just put in a GT 500 pump, and it doesn't have a design nearly as complex. Straight tube right out of the fuel tank.

I use the term return line out of visual inspection, but if you blow through the inlet side if the tube preasure is released (Lung Preasure) via the black tube, which everything is in the tank.

Its called a PRVV.

It allows the fuel to move toward the front and it has a built in check valve to keep the line full of fuel.
It has a 80-90psi blow off rating and will dump excess pressure back into the tank through the black tube.
Cobra owners delete this because it causes a hesitation during powershifting.
I deleted it in one of my cars and regretted it. Took forever to start and always threw the p0190 (FRPS) code.

Thanks for the info. I believe leaving this out may have been a concern if it were not for the new pump I installed.
