Does that one adhere to the inside or the outside of the window.

That is the correct design but the ones I've seen were solid black and adhere to the outside glass.

Yes it does, they are made to adhere to the out side but they can be applied on the inside as well.

That's not too much of a problem but I don't have any handy with that orientation. I'll see what I can do and send you a PM when I have some made up.
