Calling all people in the system

I need a huge favor. The retired cop I called to help me track the theves car cannot run a car anymore... his connections have been lost. I want to know if anyone here can find the location on a Black 2003 Oldsmobile Aurora with an IL plate with nothing, but numbers. ### #### 3 in the begining and 4 after and it's owned by a Mexican or at least that is who is driving it.

It seems like a far fetch, but the car is one of 500, less are black, less are in this city and less are owned by Mexicans. It might narrow the locations down to 20 or so. If you can please help me. If I find the guys I'll tell the proper people and I will not approach them. If you can help let me know. If you have something against me just PM me and we'll talk about this. There is a cash reward.

Supposedly the truck has "sentimental" value. So did my all my previous BMX bikes, you move on to bigger and better things though. Granted, nothing has ever been stolen from me.
