Wait a second folks.... I swear on my Mama's eyes that during our Saturday night gathering at Chuck's:
1) Rumble wanted small flames on his car. Wife not excited by prospect...
2) Johnman was comtemplating mud flaps. I think it MAY have been the cool ones with the chrome nekkid chicks.

I swear I won't mention your real name jrzygrl ! :D :D

Just kidding. It really doesn't look too bad with those dice valve covers.

Gee, you think DR could make those part of a "mod" package?
Maybe call it the clueless package? I am sure a few of the L/M salesman would jump at a chance to spice up a car they know nothing about
And as far as flames go, a HOT car needs no embellishments to annouce its arrival

Sorry, but you are wrong. A local LM dealership decided it would be cool to put full side panel god-awful (IMO) appliques on three of the MMs they have in stock. Wish I had pic's to share, but needless to say it was NOT a pretty sight.

#25 chrome fender moldings (see Ebay or TAF for a pic).
#26 "Baby on Board" sign in any window.
#27 "Mickey Mouse" or any childs decals on the rear windows.
#28 cheesy roll down shades to block the sun out of a side or rear window.
#29 whitewalls on 16" steel winter wheels (that goes the same for raised yellow letters).
#30 a decal set for the lower side doors that says Marauder (may the aftermarket NOT make it).
#31 A goofy looking non factory wing on top of the trunk

This is one thing that I will have made for my dash- a plaque with the phrase "Get in, Sit down, Shut up, & Hold on!"(A phrase I must use constantly with my relatives).

Just kidding about the last line.

BTW, Did I miss anything else????:D

#32 A stand up hood ornament.
#33 (this may already be here) Whitewalls
#34 those colored light things that teenage gangsta wannabees like to put under their ricers or on their wheels.

As for the baby related.......I had to put a car seat in the back seat of mine. My little princess is only 3 and this is the only way she can ride in "Daddy's big black car." She likes it better than Mommy's Suburban.

Maybe I'm raising a little JRZYGRL...............

Well looked at it this way----

Infinite diversity in infinite combinations (IDIC)

2003 MIB

IDIC!!!!!! That's my .02 too! If I don't like what you did to your car- Big deal...Chances are you didn't buy it for me...Saturday night was an eye-opener. 6 Black Marauders- 6 different cars with different levels of exterior mods. When it's all said and done- they are just like their owners- individual. Actually, I think we could have done all the things listed above and the factory Blue (We had one of those too) still got the most attention from the casual observers at the show. It's more important that the owner is happy. Vinyl top might be the best way to spot your ride in the sea of Marauders in Ennis.

The longhorns were the first thing I thought of, but seeing as how those, Landau roof, and opera windows have already been tallied, here are my picks:

crystal chandelier domelight

Landau roof sidelights

rear window metal louver, often seen in '70s into early '80s

Grateful Dead window decal

big chrome trailer towing mirrors hanging off the front fenders

horseshoes, wreaths, or anything else wired onto the grille

aftermarket 6-lane-wide rearview mirror

magnetic signs on doors, advertising some business

Flames coming out the tailpipes like the Ricers. Geez some guy had it on a CRX and it drove me nuts after about the thousandth time he revved it up and backfired and flames came out the back. :flamer: Also those fog lamps with the multi colored ring around them. Been seeing those alot lately. They turn red, orange, blue, green, just crappy looking IMO. Zebra stripe seat covers. Ex GF had it on her ride and it was tacky.

I agree. What is wrong with having a hitch? Just as long as the receiver is still removable.

velour dashmat

I have a an e-commerce client who sells a TON of these every day and with many of those going to recent or new model cars. I just can't see it. :puke:

As long as it if for the car and does not have any inscription on it, it will fit in just fine in a MM.

The Florida heat & sun (WHEN  it is actually OUT) <when its="" out=""> .....

Can be murder on interiors if you don't take precautions.</when>

Man I really think a hula girl on the dash would be cool because it's such a contrast...;)
However she would spend a great deal of her time on her face.....
due to extreme acceleration...:D

What about those wire tire protector from curb thingies found on the older 70s and 80s cars.
Did we cover big whip antennas for CBs?

OOOOOOOOO, I got one: anything that says "POWERED BY VTEC"
