Would you pay 8 grand for a mini jeep wrangler?

Thought this was kinda cool, saw it over on my other forum.

650cc engine in the front, rear wheel drive (duh), Hi/Lo transmission and a sound system (although it is chinese so the quaility of the speakers probably have much to be desired.)
